The second season of Yellowjackets doesn’t kick off until March, but Showtime has already confirmed that season 3 is on the way. That’s a good thing, because the show has a lot of mysteries to wrap up, teenage cannibalism being just one of them.
There are lots of questions about which big-name actors might return for the just-announced film adaptation of Death Stranding. I’d definitely love to see Norman Reedus, Léa Seydoux, and Mads Mikkelsen reprise their roles, but I also have a much more pressing concern: who will play the ghost hunting baby-in-a-jar known as BB?

First, Netflix streamed a four-part series on corruption at FIFA, and now Apple is set to release a series documenting the history of the controversial Super League, in which the richest professional clubs in Europe are trying to break away from the established structure. It starts streaming on January 13th.
The adorable PlayDate comes with a lot of cool titles built-in, but it also lets you sideload games and apps as well. And there are some very promising games coming soon including a WarioWare-style mini-game collection, an actual 3D racer, and somehow a game with FMV cutscenes. A24 released a new poster for Beau is Afraid, the next film from director Ari Aster (the mind behind the horrors of Hereditary and Midsommar). It appears to show an extremely de-aged version of star Joaquin Phoenix and it makes me very uncomfortable. The movie is due out sometime in 2023.
