Windows 11 can warn you if your copy/pasted password sucks.
The operating system can already alert you if you’re typing a reused or insecure password into a brand-new password field — but you can now enable it for copy/paste too in the Insider Preview.
To try it, enable warnings in Windows Security > App & browser control > Reputation-based protection > Phishing protection.

The remastered Babylon 5 is coming to Blu-ray this December.
The animated movie is coming August, and you can already stream the remastered episodes from the likes of HBO Max — but disc lovers have been stuck with some pretty iffy DVD transfers for decades. That gets fixed on December 5th.
WB forwarded us a press release that shows the 110-episode series will cost $100 and include pilot movie The Gathering; JMS says it won’t include commentaries.
There’s also a series reboot in the works.

Cricut’s got a bigger cutting machine for the Etsy crowd.
The Verge’s resident decal maker Emma Roth isn’t that impressed by the Cricut Venture’s features or its 25-inch cutting width: “It’s nice that it supports vinyl, iron-on, cardstock, bonded fabric, leather and poster boards but this is a bit overpriced IMO, especially since you have to pay $200 extra for a stand.”
But if you feel differently, the new machine’s coming July 25th for $999. (via Engadget)
