After introducing a consumer-friendly UV printer last year capable of printing designs directly on materials like wood, metal, glass, and acrylic, Anker’s eufyMake brand is introducing a new machine that can print directly on fabrics. With an expected launch sometime in the spring of 2027, Anker hasn’t yet revealed an official name for the new machine, but its “personal fabric printer” will offer multiple ways to put photos or custom designs onto T-shirts, jeans, bags, and hats.

The machine will be capable of both direct-to-garment printing where images are applied directly to soft, breathable fabrics, and direct-to-film printing where designs are first created on a film and then transferred to a wider variety of fabrics using a heat press.

Anker’s personal fabric printer can apply both techniques on a single garment (although not at the same time) and can accurately reproduce colors on both light and dark fabrics. The company hasn’t revealed many details about the printer’s features and is not yet ready to talk pricing, but Anker claims the machine’s direct-to-garment capabilities will also work on embroidered designs. So instead of having to invest in an expensive multicolor embroidery machine to create colorful stitched designs, Anker’s machine can be paired with a cheaper single-color embroiderer and used to apply colors to the stitches afterwards.
