John Romita Sr, co-creator of Wolverine, dies aged 93.

Romita Sr was known for his major contributions to Marvel Comics, co-creating notable Marvel characters like Wolverine and the Punisher, and introducing characters like Mary Jane Watson, Kingpin, and the Vulture to The Amazing Spider-Man series.

His passing was confirmed by his son (and fellow comics artist) John Romita Jr in a Twitter post on Tuesday.
