The UK’s billion-dollar antitrust lawsuit against Apple is going ahead.
Apple’s bid to dismiss the lawsuit, which alleges it charged over 1,500 UK-based developers unfair commission fees of up to 30 percent on app purchases, was rejected today.
The company tried to argue back in January that developers cannot have a claim in the UK unless they were charged via the UK App Store. A trial isn’t expected until 2025.
