Sure, it looks cool, but what can you do with a mini Game Boy Camera? Vjeran and I hit the streets of San Francisco to capture a few landmarks. Want one? The DIY design is ready if you’ve got fine soldering skills!

Digital Foundry’s Alex Battaglia put together this fantastic video visually comparing every setting across PS5 and PC — explaining why “1080p DLSS Medium” actually looks pretty great. (The PS5 runs a mix of Medium and Low spec.)
Unfortunately, he (and Rock Paper Shotgun’s James Archer) also show older and lower-end GPUs can’t keep up. Think 2080 or better to get 60fps, with DLSS on.
SanDisk claims it’s the “world’s fastest” 1.5TB card, but doesn’t say anywhere how fast you can actually fill that space — the “V10” symbol means it only guarantees 10MB/s.
I would pick a 1TB card that promises 30MB/s at least. There are plenty, and they cost much less than the $150 SanDisk is asking.

Amazon seems to be holding a clearance sale on refurbished 2021 Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 — there’s a few handfuls of “renewed” units that all cost under $300 today. Here’s the unlocked model.

The Information: “Intel is working with multiple consulting firms to build ChatGPT-like apps for customers that don’t have the expertise to do it on their own.”
Boston Consulting Group: “with a custom natural language chatbot interface powered by Intel AI hardware and software, BCG employees were able to retrieve and summarize information via semantic search that was previously buried in long lists of multi-page documents.”
Maybe a new business for Intel, maybe just prep for Windows 12.
It’s the Hyte Y70 Touch, it’s $360 all by itself, and early reviews suggest it’s not just a gimmick if you’ve got the cash.
I’m a three-monitor guy... could I squeeze this in as a fourth? Tempting.
