Polymarket is being blocked in France.

The country’s gambling regulator ordered local internet service ​providers to block access to the Polymarket website on Friday, citing noncompliance concerns with rules for gambling and gaming services. The regulator also said that some bets on the platform “appeared to be rigged.”
